Eric Diaz is the Chief Technology Officer and Partner at Defend IT Services, Inc., and a multi-company MSP founder with over 12 years of executive leadership in managed IT and cybersecurity services. He drives technology strategy, operational scale, and risk-aligned infrastructure across high-availability, compliance-driven, and multi-site environments.
